What you will do

• Own major feature development and collaborate directly with founders on product lifecycle.
• Build and maintain scalable backend infrastructure for cloud-based training and transaction processing.
• Design and implement new architecture to solve complex, real-world engineering challenges.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to build new product versions from scratch.
• Continuously improve and maintain high-impact production codebases.
• Rethink and recreate existing systems to ensure long-term scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional coding experience.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Excellent proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
• Proven experience building production-ready code used by large user bases.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and database technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience building AdTech components like ad servers, RTB bidders, or SSP/DSP integrations.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong background in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in fast-paced, iterative startup environments.
