What you will do

• Identify and implement operational improvements to scale the Mission Readiness function.
• Design and document workflows for vehicle charging, cleaning, and inspections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize process change requests from partner teams.
• Establish and monitor key metrics, specifically vehicle turnaround time.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on strategic process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, or process improvement.
• Experience working within a product-based operations environment.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Six Sigma, PMP, or PgMP certifications.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, ride-hailing, or mobility industries.
• Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
