What you will do
- Identify and implement operational improvements to scale the Mission Readiness function.
- Design and document workflows for vehicle charging, cleaning, and inspections.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize process change requests from partner teams.
- Establish and monitor key metrics, specifically vehicle turnaround time.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on strategic process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, or process improvement.
- Experience working within a product-based operations environment.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Must be based in or able to work in Foster City, CA (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Six Sigma, PMP, or PgMP certifications.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles, ride-hailing, or mobility industries.
- Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
