What you will do

• Run social listening analysis on campaign performance, cultural trends, and competitor activity to inform brand and product strategies.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, concept tests, and audience studies.
• Produce rapid intelligence reports and dashboards by synthesizing multiple data sources for a cohesive view of sentiment.
• Translate complex, unstructured data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to build and contribute to a global reporting framework.
• Optimize social content measurement in partnership with Social Media Managers and Growth Strategists.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
• 8+ years of experience in social listening, market research, or consumer insights.
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Meltwater, Sprout Social, or similar.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research, including survey design and data analysis.
• Expert understanding of social platforms and audience behavior (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit).
• Experience utilizing AI within workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
