What you will do

• Serve as a player/coach for a customer success engineering team, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
• Act as the primary technical expert on the platform, leading onboarding, training, and customized use case design.
• Drive sustained platform adoption and maximize customer ROI through proactive engagement and success planning.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical blockers and influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to evaluate progress and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Document and share best practices to foster continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel 25-50% annually.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with data technologies, cloud infrastructure, and administration.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages like Python, and familiarity with APIs.
• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role within a software company.
• Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy, DSPM/CSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
