Supply Chain Director (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid (Sevenum, Netherlands). Must be willing to work from the Sevenum office at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts and optimal inventory levels across all markets.
• Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks and improving stock rotation.
• Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and develop a team consisting of 5 direct and approximately 35 indirect reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Category Management, and Logistics to align supply and warehouse capacities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment in a supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations.
• Experience working within an e-commerce environment.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Sevenum office at least three days per week.
