What you will do

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to optimize inventory and product availability across all markets.
• Improve inventory performance by reducing out-of-stock risks and enhancing stock rotation.
• Implement and refine data-driven forecasting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and mitigate risks.
• Lead and develop a team of 5 direct and 35 indirect reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Category Management, and Logistics to align operational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand/supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management.
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience managing multi-warehouse or multi-country planning operations.
• Experience working within an e-commerce environment.
• Willingness to work at least three days per week from the Sevenum office.
