What you will do

• Own the integrated editorial strategy and content calendar across all external channels to reinforce the market narrative.
• Develop recurring research programs and data-driven benchmark reports to establish industry authority.
• Lead external communications and PR strategy, managing agencies and building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Refine social media strategy to amplify executive thought leadership and enterprise credibility.
• Establish the operational foundation for the function, including workflows, measurement, and AI-enabled production.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading content, communications, or editorial programs at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proven track record in developing executive thought leadership and original research.
• Experience managing public relations and external communications programs.
• Experience marketing to enterprise buyers, specifically sales, RevOps, or GTM leaders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco.
