Swan is a leading Bitcoin-only financial services company supporting individuals and companies throughout their Bitcoin journey. They hire passionate Bitcoiners and operate as a fully distributed startup team.

Responsibilities:

- Own acquisition programs across paid and owned channels: creative, landing pages, conversion, and experiments produced and iterated with AI tooling
- Understand client segments and develop narratives and content for each segment
- Drive and facilitate Go-to-Market (GTM) for one or more Swan products as GTM Lead, with metric-driven baselines and targets
- Plan and ship acquisition experiments using AI to produce variants, briefs, and creative at volume in a machine+human loop
- Own GTM product positioning, launches, and growth loops tied to business and product goals each quarter
- Manage cross-functional teams and act as project manager for new initiatives

Requirements:

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in marketing
- Operator and builder who runs campaigns and journeys at speed, with an AI-native mindset and strong judgment
- Fluent across paid and owned acquisition and comfortable owning the full loop (acquisition → conversion → retention)
- Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and data-driven communications skills
- Experience creating AI-assisted workflows (agents, prompts, automations)
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin and ability to evangelize Bitcoin principles

Benefits:

- Compensation: $91k–$120k (estimated)
