What you will do

• Supervise projects to ensure commitments regarding time, quality, and communication are met.
• Manage, direct, and supervise mechanical engineering staff in project execution and production meetings.
• Work directly with clients to establish project schedules, expectations, and determine specific needs.
• Assist in manpower projections, scheduling of work, and the preparation of RFP proposal responses.
• Conduct construction site visits to monitor progress according to contract documents.
• Review and check all technical work for accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of design/engineering consulting experience.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Nashville, TN.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Mechanical Engineering.
• Detailed understanding and experience with Revit.
• 10+ years of design/engineering consulting experience.
