What you will do
- Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists across five European markets for SDRs.
- Design and own the outbound tech stack, utilizing tools like Clay, n8n, and Apollo.
- Map the total addressable market (TAM) across territories to identify new demand pockets.
- Develop and document automation flows for enrichment, routing logic, and CRM hygiene.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to translate market observations into actionable targeting decisions.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM structure and enrich company records with technical and intent signals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM.
- Hands-on experience with Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Strong research instincts and ability to thrive in an ambiguous startup environment.
- English: Required.
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, operations, or revenue marketing.
- Background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
- Fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish.
- Experience working in a multi-market or multilingual GTM environment.
