TL;DR

Salary: €30,000 – €35,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists across five European markets for SDRs.
  • Design and own the outbound tech stack, utilizing tools like Clay, n8n, and Apollo.
  • Map the total addressable market (TAM) across territories to identify new demand pockets.
  • Develop and document automation flows for enrichment, routing logic, and CRM hygiene.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to translate market observations into actionable targeting decisions.
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM structure and enrich company records with technical and intent signals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS GTM.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Strong research instincts and ability to thrive in an ambiguous startup environment.
  • English: Required.
  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, operations, or revenue marketing.
  • Background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
  • Fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Experience working in a multi-market or multilingual GTM environment.
