What you will do

• Manage mechanical and electrical operations, including chillers, CRAC, UPS, and generators.
• Monitor and track cooling and electrical capacity, efficiency, and customer consumption.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair processes for equipment failures and site incidents.
• Schedule and document vendor-provided preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications.
• Review and approve facilities maintenance tasks and MOPs within the change management system.
• Participate in pre-sales engineering and manage physical environment installations and upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of cooling subsystems (Chillers, CRAC, CRAH) and electrical systems (UPS, Generators).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Visio for site documentation.
• Ability to read and comprehend single-line diagrams.
• Knowledge of network structured cabling and IT systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
