What you will do

  • Own the acquisition strategy across all regions and products, including execution and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to execute promotional offers seamlessly across regions and segments.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies that drive profitable and responsible revenue growth.
  • Define player propositions, segmentation, and KPIs for sportsbook and casino cross-sell.
  • Identify key moments throughout the year to build coherent execution plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and develop an Acquisition Strategy Associate, providing coaching and career development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive career experience in consulting, finance, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Educational background in commerce or a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior with B2C experience.
  • Proactive approach to completing tasks and delivering results.
  • Interest in online Sportsbook and Casino industries.
