Senior Software Engineer (Angular/TypeScript)

Location: Remote in Canada

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Angular applications with TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components, manage application state, and deliver responsive user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and C#/.NET microservices.
• Improve performance, accessibility, maintainability, security, and resilience.
• Contribute to front-end architecture, engineering standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript, with experience building complex, scalable front-end applications.
• Experience with RESTful API integration, front-end architecture patterns, component design, and state management.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Experience in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of C#/.NET microservices and backend technologies.
• Interest or experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Tabnine.
