Salary: $186,500 – $255,000

What you will do
- Define the strategic roadmap for AI-driven domains, aligning product investments with business growth.
- Lead the transition to agentic, 'Autopilot' experiences that automate complex workflows while maintaining customer control.
- Design end-to-end product experiences, focusing on natural language conversational interfaces.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to facilitate trade-offs between user experience and technical feasibility.
- Build reusable platform systems that serve multiple teams across the ecosystem.
- Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize requirements and ensure provable trust in AI outputs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management within high-complexity, technical environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, user-facing features from concept to launch.
- Deep expertise in building AI-native workflows leveraging generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and UX challenges in AI products.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or related).
- Ability to think as a systems thinker, building reusable solutions beyond single features.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or MBA.
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Customer-Driven Innovation (CDI) or Design for Delight (D4D).
