What you will do

• Process bi-weekly payroll cycles for multiple business units accurately and on schedule.
• Manage employee travel and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy.
• Support new hire payroll onboarding and conduct group training sessions.
• Maintain timecard entries and update paid time off (PTO) records.
• Complete government compliance payroll reconciliations and prepare periodic reports.
• Monitor aged expense transactions and coordinate with managers for timely completion.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in payroll or accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle or ADP systems.
