Payroll Analyst

Salary: $61,000 – $97,900 annually (varies by location).

What you will do

• Support bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payroll processing for U.S. and international populations.
• Review and validate payroll transactions including bonuses, commissions, and equity.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal controls.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and direct deposits.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or 2 years of relevant experience).
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
