What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis design to model deployment.
• Develop and evaluate advanced machine learning models for prediction, recommendation, and optimization.
• Design and implement efficient data pipelines and experimentation frameworks.
• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define success metrics and prioritize high-impact work.
• Mentor team members and advocate for best practices in data quality and responsible AI.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with large, complex datasets using Python or R and SQL.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments or causal inference approaches.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional settings to operationalize data science solutions.
