TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Atlanta, GA preferred)

Salary: $180,000–$210,000

What you will do

  • Lead a team of data scientists focusing on acquisition and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of production-grade ML models for CLV, segmentation, multi-armed bandits, and media mix modeling.
  • Apply causal inference frameworks to assess the impact of marketing efforts and drive business outcomes.
  • Integrate LLMs into data and operations workflows to increase throughput and scale.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership to align data science efforts with company goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data science and analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, customer, or revenue data-related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring data scientists or analysts.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
  • Proficiency in Python for statistical computing and advanced SQL.
  • Proven experience with causal inference frameworks like difference-in-differences or synthetic controls.
