What you will do

• Define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes, prompts, agent behavior, workflows, and product features.
• Measure AI agent performance impact on client outcomes like task completion and operational efficiency.
• Conduct deep analyses of conversations, workflows, and product usage to identify opportunities and explain performance differences.
• Build statistical models, simulations, and analytical frameworks to support product and ML decisions.
• Partner with Engineering to improve data quality, instrumentation, and experimentation systems.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Barcelona, Spain
• 4+ years experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or similar quantitative roles.
• Strong skills in experimental design, A/B testing, statistics, causal inference, SQL, and Python.
• Experience defining and operationalizing product and feature metrics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and ML teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models, AI agents, generative AI, or probabilistic ML products.
• Familiarity with ML evaluation systems and connecting offline evaluations with online metrics.
• Experience analyzing conversational, NLP, speech, or unstructured data.
• Experience with enterprise or B2B products and combining quantitative with qualitative analysis methods.
• Prior experience in fast-growing startups or ambiguous environments.
