What you will do

• Develop and maintain predictive ML models for risk and marketing assessment across lending products.
• Manage the end-to-end ML pipeline, from data collection to model deployment.
• Write ETL pipelines to source data from internal warehouses and third-party providers.
• Execute causal inference analyses and A/B testing to optimize product conversion and pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions and provide mentorship to peers.
• Communicate analytical insights and draft recommendations for product and underwriting policies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• 2+ years of experience designing ML models, including regression, classification, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with product analytics, experimental design, and causal inference.
• Must have experience researching and resolving data-related issues within the Financial Services, E-commerce, or Fintech sectors.
