What you will do

• Serve as a fiduciary advisor to founders, executives, and business owners.
• Conduct comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, tax-aware, and cash management discussions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive advice.
• Deliver personalized investment recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Partner with banking, treasury, and product teams to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, RIA, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Active Series 65 license (or equivalent Investment Adviser Representative qualification).
• 3–7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
• Experience working within a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA).
• Strong knowledge of portfolio construction and retirement planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Nice to have

• CFP®, CFA®, or CPA/PFS designation.
• Experience working at a fintech, neobank, or digital wealth platform.
• Experience advising startup founders or small business owners.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital onboarding tools.
