What you will do

• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into clear data specifications and maintain data schemas.
• Adapt AI solutions, configurations, and prompts for country-specific requirements with international stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of AI models.
• Work with data teams to improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering.
• Act as a bridge between business, data, and IT to ensure consistent understanding of AI outputs.
• Provide training to users and support the global AI adoption strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Financial Services, or Business Analytics.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Insurance Operations, or Data Analysis.
• Hands-on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms.
• Proven structured business and data analysis skills paired with business acumen.
• Proficiency in English and at least one or more other languages.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Insurance products and business processes.
• Experience in data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts.
• Experience in process automation.
