UX Designer (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Map and design full user experiences across web storefronts, landing pages, and customer-facing apps.
• Design conversion funnels from signup to checkout and subscriber activation.
• Create account and box-management flows that drive retention.
• Synthesize research and behavioral data to ground design decisions.
• Produce information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with UI designers and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX or product design, ideally in ecommerce or DTC.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX craft and measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Experience running usability testing and using behavioral data for design decisions.
• Fluency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Testing and experimentation mindset with a focus on rapid iteration.

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to shared design systems.
• Proficiency with agentic coding and web-design architecture.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRO tooling, and analytics platforms.
