What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for storefronts, product pages, landing pages, and checkout journeys.
• Map customer journeys to optimize conversion and subscriber retention flows.
• Translate behavioral data and research insights into clear user flows and design requirements.
• Conduct usability testing and validate concepts using wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Define interaction patterns and maintain a scalable shared design system.
• Utilize analytics tools, heatmaps, and A/B testing to measure and improve design impact.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX or product design roles.
• Experience designing for ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or subscription-based environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in information architecture, user flows, and measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including collaborative workflows and prototyping.
• Deep understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Shopify and CRO tools.
• Experience with agentic coding, funnel analytics, and session recordings.
• Knowledge of web design architecture.
