Associate Director Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; hybrid with anchor days Tuesday through Thursday

What you will do

• Own the digital app experience for credit card collections and recovery customers.
• Develop business cases and product ideas that improve customer outcomes and reduce net credit losses.
• Optimize payment plan journeys and digital communications through experimentation and A/B testing.
• Create and execute the collections product roadmap with technology partners.
• Use data, analytics, customer insight, and product intuition to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Collections Strategy, and senior leadership to prioritize and launch initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering successful digital consumer products, preferably at scale.
• Experience leading product teams as a people leader.
• Agile experience.
• Experience defining product vision and strategy and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience across roadmapping, problem definition, requirements documentation, front-end and back-end development, testing, and code deployment.
