What you will do

• Improve digital journeys that customers navigate independently or with limited guidance.
• Translate customer feedback, complaints, and research into concrete improvements and clear priorities.
• Optimize the online experience within the hirify.global app and Mijnhirify.global to drive visible impact.
• Collaborate with business, IT, UX, risk, and operations to provide strategic direction and align goals.
• Draft and substantiate detailed requirements and process choices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and challenge priorities to balance customer value, risk, and feasibility.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Customer Journey Expert, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with digital journeys and process improvement.
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills to translate complex topics into actions.
• Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Completed WO-level (University) education.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Amsterdam.
