What you will do

• Build and maintain scalable IT infrastructure and tech stacks using scripts, APIs, and workflow tools to reduce manual toil.
• Design and manage a secure, version-controlled Mac fleet environment using MDM and custom configuration systems.
• Implement identity strategy and scalable access controls following the principle of least privilege via Okta.
• Administer and optimize the SaaS stack, including deep administration and API-based automation for LangSmith and the LLM Gateway.
• Provide global support across hardware, software, and networking, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT engineering and systems administration.
• Deep proficiency with Okta and Okta Workflows.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar general-purpose programming language for production-quality automation.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform (IaC) and working with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Experience with MDM platforms and modern tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.

Nice to have

• Experience using coding agents (e.g., Claude Code) in daily engineering workflows.
• Experience administering internal AI or LLM-based products.
