Accountant

Location: Must be based in the USA (Chattanooga, TN hybrid or remote).

What you will do

• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Create reports on financial performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and utilize automated tools for updating and analyzing consolidated financial results.
• Support incentive calculations and conduct variance research.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (sponsorship is not available).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial/accounting theory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous accounting or financial experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for financial analysis.
