What you will do

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions and forecasts.
• Manage U.S. federal, state, and local income tax filings in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Support M&A transactions, specifically focusing on tax due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Analyze and prepare stock-based compensation models.
• Drive the digital transformation of the tax function using technology, automation, and AI.
• Perform tax research and support R&D tax credit studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or the corporate tax department of a multinational company.
• Proficiency in Excel and AI technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Austin office under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Tax or Accounting.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Previous experience in the technology industry and proficiency with Oracle.
