Senior Accountant

TL;DR

Senior Accountant (Finance): Managing revenue accounting and contract setups in ERP to automate revenue recognition with an accent on Oracle EBS and US GAAP. Focus on optimizing revenue share accruals, validating data feeds, and implementing process automation using RPA tools.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) in West Los Angeles, CA

What you will do

• Lead new contract setups in the ERP system to ensure complete data builds and proper revenue recognition.
• Manage offer setups in the Oracle ChRM module to automate revenue share accrual, expense recognition, and invoicing.
• Test and validate Oracle data feeds for new product launches and existing modifications.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, revenue share reporting, and reconcile asset and liability accounts.
• Act as a liaison between external partners, auditors, and internal teams including FP&A and product management.
• Collaborate on process improvements and the implementation of robotics using Automation Anywhere RPA tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or reconciliation experience.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• Fundamental understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large-scale ERP, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participation).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• Experience with SQL or AI tools.
