What you will do

  • Communicate directly with prospective and existing partners via email and calls.
  • Guide partners through the evaluation and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate with Growth and Partnerships leads to support the partnership pipeline.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with active partners.
  • Organize and improve partner communication processes.
  • Contribute to initiatives tied to the company's growth strategy.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in client-facing, partnerships, or account management roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by 401k/US benefits).

  • Experience in sales, marketplaces, or negotiation-based environments.
