What you will do

• Own and execute VC and accelerator partnership strategies across NYC and the East Coast.
• Identify and build relationships with founders of high-potential AI startups to drive program adoption.
• Manage a high-impact in-person presence through events, dinners, and conference appearances.
• Nurture ecosystem partners through deep community engagement and networking.
• Drive visibility for ElevenLabs' conversational agent and API platforms within the startup community.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in venture capital, as a founder, or running startup partnerships.
• Strong existing network of VCs and startups within the New York City ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build and run operational systems for partnership growth.
• Deep passion for ElevenLabs' AI technology.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the local office.
