What you will do

• Develop and manage integrated master schedules covering the full project lifecycle from design to operational readiness.
• Review and challenge General Contractor programs to ensure logic, sequencing, and critical path integrity.
• Provide client-side schedule assurance by testing assumptions and identifying potential delays or float erosion.
• Monitor project progress against baselines and report variances to project leadership.
• Support procurement and tender processes by evaluating bidder programs and logistics strategies.
• Facilitate planning workshops and promote best practices across the regional portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project controls within data centers or fast-paced construction.
• Proven experience working client-side on major capital projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of MEP-led project sequencing and commissioning.
• Ability to translate complex program data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as AACE, PMI-SP, CIOB, or RICS.
• Experience with data-led reporting tools like Power BI, Acumen Fuse, or Deltek Acumen.
