What you will do

• Lead the development of comprehensive design packages, including space plans, furniture layouts, and technical specifications.
• Apply workplace strategy principles to create efficient and aesthetically aligned interior environments.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, life-safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Integrate AI-enabled design and visualization tools to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Create and maintain design templates, corporate standards, and visual communication tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in workplace design, commercial interiors, or corporate architecture.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ability to manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 25%).

Nice to have
