What you will do

• Design and implement a global curriculum for process pipe BIM, covering P&ID interpretation, fabrication standards, and sequencing logic.
• Develop and deploy a structured self-QA framework to improve routing accuracy and model integrity.
• Lead classroom and hands-on technical workshops for teams in the U.S. and the Philippines.
• Create repeatable Revit-based process piping standards documentation.
• Partner with Learning & Development to build scalable global training assets.
• Pilot AI-enabled workflows to enhance QA validation and modeling efficiency.

Requirements

• US work authorization is required.
• Deep hands-on experience modeling process piping systems in Revit.
• Strong understanding of fabrication standards (ASME B31.1/B31.3) and constructability implications.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or coaching technical detailers.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally to the Philippines for up to 6 months annually.
• Experience in building systems and standards-driven environments.
