What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and test software enhancements for mission design tools.
• Collaborate with NASA civil servants and contractors on software design improvements.
• Maintain mission design software according to NPR 7150.2 standards.
• Write and maintain technical software documentation for project deliveries.
• Support software lifecycle activities including requirements, implementation, and release.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required.
• Ability to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Proficiency in C++, Fortran, and Python.
• Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and software coding standards.
