What you will do

• Serve as the Finance Partner for commercial sales teams, providing strategic guidance and customer profitability assessments.
• Manage period cost budgets, including accruals, forecasting, and facilitating financial reviews.
• Lead the implementation and post-go-live support for a new rebate automation tool.
• Support month-end close processes and deliver accurate financial submissions.
• Oversee customer Gross-to-Net (GTN) programs and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Evaluate new business opportunities through sound financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Deerfield, IL.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, HFM, Essbase, or Tableau.
• Previous experience in sales or commercial finance.
