Location: Must be based in Deerfield, IL (Hybrid: work from home Mondays and Fridays)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the Finance Partner for commercial sales teams, providing strategic guidance and customer profitability assessments.
- Manage period cost budgets, including accruals, forecasting, and facilitating financial reviews.
- Lead the implementation and post-go-live support for a new rebate automation tool.
- Support month-end close processes and deliver accurate financial submissions.
- Oversee customer Gross-to-Net (GTN) programs and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Evaluate new business opportunities through sound financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Deerfield, IL.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, HFM, Essbase, or Tableau.
- Previous experience in sales or commercial finance.
