What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed process instructions for mechanical assembly and build processes.
• Develop structured work instructions within the Factory Logix MES system to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Implement and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain strict process revision control.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to translate design intent into actionable production processes.
• Support New Product Introductions (NPIs), line startups, and continuous production builds.
• Troubleshoot build issues and refine documentation based on real-time feedback from operators.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or a related industry.
• Proven experience creating process documentation, work instructions, or manufacturing methods.
• Experience supporting ECO implementation and document revision control processes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, manufacturing process flow, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably Aegis Factory Logix.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) builds.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to production processes.
