What you will do

• Define and evolve the Colosseum product strategy aligned with player experience, creator success, and business growth.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery across cross-platform clients, services, and creator tools.
• Manage the creator and partner ecosystem, determining monetization design and go-to-market plans.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for engagement, retention, and funnel conversion.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Player Safety.
• Represent strategy and investment needs in leadership forums and business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years experience in product/program management or software development.
• 1+ year(s) of people management experience.
• Must be based in the United States (Redmond, WA).

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience with live services, online multiplayer platforms, or digital commerce.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Deep empathy for Minecraft players, creators, and communities.
