• Develop deep understanding of the PC gaming market, including distribution models and monetization patterns.
• Lead the vision and strategy for a new product area aligned with hirify.global’s strengths and customer value.
• Manage design and engineering resources to build user-centric products that meet business goals.
• Translate high-level strategic planning into actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Define and own product metrics to validate strategic decisions and prioritize the roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with a successful track record.
• 5+ years of experience in the video gaming industry, specifically with PC/desktop ecosystems.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-disciplined teams with strong leadership capabilities.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven experience building early-stage products and driving growth to find product-market fit.
