What you will do

• Manage end-to-end projects within the Color Cosmetics Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) category.
• Conduct supplier base reviews for Product & Consumer Insights and TPM capabilities mapping.
• Perform market scouting and identify potential new partners.
• Develop taxonomy and best-practices toolkits for procurement processes.
• Handle KPI monitoring and data management tasks.
• Support the execution of the Sustainability roadmap.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled Bachelor or Master student (must remain enrolled for the duration of the internship).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive, hands-on mentality with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Effective communication and administrative skills for collaborative team environments.
