What you will do

• Generate and maintain a reliable statistical baseline forecast to improve accuracy and performance.
• Manage forecasting performance metrics including Forecast Accuracy (FCA), Bias, and Forecast Value Add (FVA).
• Provide analytical leadership in the monthly S&OP process through scenario analyses and demand trend reviews.
• Translate demand data into actionable insights to highlight business risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Planning, and IT teams to optimize forecasting models and systems.
• Support the deployment and optimization of planning tools such as Jedox.

Requirements

• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a structured problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on experience applying statistical forecasting techniques and measuring performance via metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical topics simply to a wide range of stakeholders.
