What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment, including knee mills and CNC router tables.
• Machine long precision components according to dimensional specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and straightedges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while adhering to quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and team production goals.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating machining or production equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read drawings, follow instructions, and work with tight tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety and quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with polymer or composite materials.
• Experience with CNC controls or hand finishing.
