What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap and lifecycle for Physical AI and industrial automation functional streams.
• Own backlog priorities, requirements, and delivery trade-offs to maximize business value.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate product goals into clear technical specifications.
• Drive market and customer research to identify product gaps and new growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases and success metrics based on revenue, margin, and product performance.
• Champion Agile delivery practices, including backlog grooming, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in combined Product Management and Business Analysis roles.
• 2–3 years of domain expertise in industrial automation, IoT, robotics, or manufacturing technology.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, robotics, automation, or industrial simulation.
• Understanding of heavy machinery environments and challenges of deploying AI in physical settings.
• Advanced experience with Azure DevOps and managing complex, multi-layered Agile backlogs.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, or Chile.
