What you will do

• Define product vision and roadmaps for GenAI, LLM, and RAG-based solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch for AI/ML products.
• Oversee product strategy for large-scale cloud data migration and platform initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain detailed backlogs for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering, data architects, and UX designers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business value narratives for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia or Costa Rica
• 5+ years of experience in product management with 0-to-1 scaling success.
• 3+ years of experience with AI/ML products, Generative AI, or data platforms.
• Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
• Proven track record managing stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing product roles.
• Previous software development or technical background.
• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, SAFe, or Cloud Practitioner.
