What you will do

Requirements

• Location: based in Poland
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product, R&D, or innovation functions.
• 5+ years leading large product or R&D organizations in supplements, functional foods, consumer packaged goods, or related sectors.
• Proven track record launching and scaling consumer products from concept through commercialization.
• Deep expertise in formulation science, ingredient sourcing, regulatory affairs, and product quality management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
