What you will do

• Direct the activities of the assembly group to ensure completion of the master production schedule.
• Coordinate material releases and identify shortages to implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain acceptable quality levels following GMP and Quality Systems practices.
• Monitor performance against direct labor standards to ensure cost-effective manufacturing.
• Train, orient, and instruct employees on performance standards and company regulations.
• Use Microsoft Excel to track and report production performance.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 5+ years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pawtucket, RI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agile.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a group leader.
• Knowledge of FDA / GMP Quality Systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
