Compensation: $32.74 - $43.65 per hour

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain X-Ray, CR & DR imaging, and radio fluoroscopy equipment at customer sites.
• Manage customer relationships through proactive visits and timely communication regarding equipment issues.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems independently.
• Generate service revenue by offering solutions aligned with the company's service portfolio.
• Handle administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, and installation documents.
• Perform remote technical support and diagnostics for external healthcare customers when required.

Requirements

• Location: Must live within the territory of Northern KY or Cincinnati.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging or 6+ years in the electronics industry.
• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and compliant driving record.

Nice to have

• Experience with X-Ray and complex medical devices.
• Prior knowledge of Carestream equipment.
