What you will do
- Support complex customer onboarding processes and manage post-sales activities.
- Handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve intermediate technical issues.
- Conduct product training sessions to ensure effective solution engagement.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns to identify trends.
- Document and communicate recurring customer feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and support departments to address customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Clayton, MO
- Proven experience in customer service or project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency with CRM and customer support software.
