TL;DR

What you will do

  • Resolve client issues via chat, phone, email, and text while following hirify.global service standards.
  • Answer service questions ranging from basic technical problems to complex guidance (e.g., ERP integrations, expense management policy setup).
  • Document common issues and resolutions to build the team knowledge base.
  • Collect client feedback and communicate ongoing issues to teammates and leadership for follow-up.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for client service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Basic understanding of finance concepts (banking, credit cards, accounting principles).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Salt Lake City during lighter on-site coverage shifts.
